About Jerry
I'm Jerry, and I am proudly serving buyers and sellers in real estate transactions in Los Angeles County and Orange County. I draw from my expertise in design, real estate development, and film production management to provide extra value in my services for my clients.
Business Philosophy: I believe that for any business practice to be successful on the long run, it must be ethical. In the case of real estate sales, it is my principle to always honor my fiduciary duties to my clients - which could mean talking my clients out of bad deals even if it means I do not close a deal. Following this principle, I seek to provide an enjoyable professional service for my clients, to build lasting trust, so that they would choose my service again in the future. This is why I mostly work by referral and for friends and family.
Experience: Before I was in real estate development and sales full time, I had 10+ years of experience practicing fine arts and many forms of design. Opportunities presented themselves to me and led me to take part as the design advisor for the development of an Old Palo Alto mansion in 2014, and establish a US-based subsidiary for a multi-national construction equipment manufacturer in 2020. I now split my time between managing my own development projects, providing real estate services for my clients, and contributing to my local community through leadership.
My service, for sellers: As member of eXp Realty's Luxury division, I am able to publish my clients' listing on many influential magazines and platforms as a means to extend marketing reach to a global scale. I advise on and help sellers coordinate pre-listing improvements for their property to maximize their return on the sale. I leverage eXp's off-market listing network to find buyers for your property before it even hits the market.
My service, for buyers: No property is ever perfect (unless you build it for yourself), so it's good to have a developer and designer on your side. I use my knowledge of building construction to offer significantly deeper insight for my clients regarding property conditions and potential design considerations. I take my time to guide my clients and keep them well informed through an enjoyable process of narrowing down search criteria, until my clients find a property they can make an informed decision to make an offer for.
Lasting relationships: After closing a deal with me, my clients have my perpetual support in all things real estate. My clients become my friends, I keep them in the loop about fun events I throw, informed about their property and their local markets, and I am happy to give them referral and advise.
